Part ordered 09/14 after hours. Email stating Part order being processed 07:11 on 09/15. 5.5 hours later, an email arrives informing me of a different part number (my response two hours later: "yes- ship the correct part number please"). Monday, 09/18 09:24 a.m. I get an email saying the revised parts is double the cost: $2.30 each vs $4.85, 10.95 shipping- do I want to pay over the phone or send an invoice? I respond in 1.5 hours to send an invoice (I just need the parts, for crying out loud). 09/19 07:39 an invoice is sent with THE ORIGINAL PART NUMBER listed. I have to stop what I'm doing, call to ensure they are ordering is the correct parts, etc. 5 days after I place the order, mind you. Must be a COVID issue.
